The University of Houston-Clear Lake Campus, located in Pearland, will offer free caregiving and behavioral intervention training. They will be hosted at the campus’s new intensive outpatient behavioral clinic, and there are no age restrictions for these free training sessions.

Patients must be Texas residents and have an autism diagnosis to qualify for this program. For caregivers, you will need to attend an information session beforehand. The caregiver must also be present during all required therapy hours for training purposes, as laid out by the clinic’s website.
During the program, clients and caregivers will undergo two weeks of intensive training, Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 4 PM, with an hour lunch break.
