Visitors can tour six decorated models in Lakes of Savannah that also include Westin Homes and GreenEco Builders.

Lennar has opened three new models, showcasing its homes in the community’s 50-foot, 55-foot and 70-foot programs including the “Home within a Home” by Lennar, the builder’s highly popular design concept that incorporates two different distinctive residences or a dual living arrangement under one roof.

Devon Street Homes’ new two-story Davenport model is located next door to Lennar’s new Obsidian II design in one of Lakes of Savannah’s newest neighborhoods where homes are built on homsites that average 50 feet in width and are priced from the $200,000s. Westin Homes and GreenEco Homes are also showcasing a wide variety of floor plans and completed homes ready for move-in.
