The Children's Museom of Houston will be hosting Sensory Friendly Day, a day devoted to giving kids with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other sensory processing difference the opportunity to explore and fully experience the Children's Museum. There will be no music playing throughout the Museum, sound-reducing headphones will be available, and the doors will be closed to the public. Outside food and drinks will also be allowed, as the Fresh Cafe will be closed.
Sensory Friendly Day will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on October 10. For more information, visit here.
