Boiling Dragon, an Asian-influenced seafood restaurant, has recently opened doors in Pearland. The restaurant at 11625 West Broadway Boulevard, Suite 135 is chef Harold Wong’s second new restaurant venture this year. He previously opened Ginza, a Japanese restaurant.
Wong has previous experience in highly-regarded restaurants such as Uchi, The Fish, Bovine & Barley, and Rose Gold. His new restaurant will not disappoint those who enjoy spicy Asian-influenced seafood dishes. Current menu highlights include spicy seafood boils, chicken wings, stir -fried crabs and mussels, and po’boys.
Wong has adjusted the menu and service style for the restaurant due to coronavirus pandemic. At this time, he will open it as a fast-casual restaurant with a limited menu. As things return to normal, the restaurant will become a sit-down setting.
Guests can enjoy dinner on Monday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., lunch and dinner Tuesday through Thursday from noon to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from noon to 10 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 9 p.m.
